IECC partnered with Shapoorji Pallonji Mideast LLC on the redevelopment of the iconic Cape Sierra Hotel into a world-class, five-star Hilton resort. Located by Lumley Beach, the project included sustainable design elements and luxury infrastructure. IECC supported the build with ready-mix concrete, aggregate stone, and construction equipment rental, reinforcing our position as the country’s go-to partner for landmark developments.
