Police Barracks

This project, which is part of a Public Private Partnership (PPP) program, comprises of building sixty-four (64) two-bedroom apartment units for the Sierra Leone Police on Police Land in York Village. The barracks are built to support police officers’ essential role in maintaining national security by giving them contemporary, safe, and comfortable living quarters. The structures are being constructed to fulfill strict construction requirements and guarantee long-term durability, with an emphasis on both functionality and lifespan. This project is in line with IECC’s continuous dedication to improving Sierra Leone’s public infrastructure. IECC is still actively involved in national development by helping to enhance living circumstances for the nation’s police force. It is anticipated that the project will be finished in 18 months, providing high-quality housing that honors the residents’ service and dignity.
