Technical Design and Engineering
Complete technical design services are offered by our skilled civil, mechanical, and structural engineers, who also provide feasibility studies, site assessments, foundation and structural engineering, infrastructure layouts, utility planning, custom internal and external design collaboration, and adherence to national and international standards.
When necessary, we collaborate closely with outside specialists to guarantee adaptability and quality at every level of the design process.
General Construction & Turnkey Project Delivery
IECC handles all aspects of construction, from roads and buildings to embassies, ports, and lodging facilities:
Concrete pouring and finishing; drainage, grading, and site leveling; civil works, blockwork, and masonry; structural foundations and framing; project supervision and quality control
We deliver on schedule, within specifications, and with complete accountability, whether we are working as a general contractor or a subcontractor.
Quarry and Aggregate Supply Activities
IECC runs its own quarry and provides several grades of crushed stone.
River sand; drainage aggregates and road base; on-site screening and quality assurance
Mobile crushers are used to treat all resources, and GPRS tracking is used to ensure precise transportation from source to location.
Ready-Mix Concrete Supply
High-strength concrete mixes for foundations, slabs and columns, pavement and blockwork, and high-performance, embassy-grade constructions are produced by our 60 m³/h batching plant.
With the help of eight concrete mixer trucks and several concrete pumps, we guarantee prompt supply and placement, supported by internal laboratory testing for quality control.
Heavy Equipment & Machinery Rental
With cranes weighing between 6 and 35 tons, wheel loaders, excavators, bulldozers, concrete mixers, boom pumps, and stationary pumps, IECC has one of Sierra Leone’s biggest and most varied equipment fleets. A variety of tipper trucks, dump trucks, and fully furnished mobile workshops for on-site upkeep and repairs are also part of the fleet.
For quick deployment on any site, all equipment is operator-ready and maintained internally.
On-Site Technical Support & Maintenance
We send out mobile workshops and technical teams to guarantee:
- On-site maintenance and tuning
- Equipment diagnostics and repairs
- Less downtime and smooth operations
No matter what, we keep the job going with the help of the engineering and mechanical teams.
Material Logistics & Waste Management
With a fleet equipped with GPRS, we oversee full-site logistics to manage: • Sand, stone, and block deliveries
Transporting ready-mix concrete; hauling and getting rid of debris from excavations; and coordinating materials for the entire project
Client-Focused Project Management
Our project teams and leadership manage the following tasks: scheduling and milestone monitoring; resource planning and budget control; progress reporting and client updates; contractor coordination and regulatory compliance;
