Who We Are
International Earthmoving & Construction Company SL. LTD (IECC-SL) was established in 2009 and has since grown into one of Sierra Leone's most capable earthmoving and construction firms. We bring the scale, equipment, and expertise needed to deliver on projects of any size.
From large-scale excavation and site preparation to ready-mix concrete, block production and aggregate supply, IECC provides end-to-end solutions that keep Sierra Leone building.
Our Fleet
IECC operates one of the largest and most advanced heavy equipment fleets in Sierra Leone. Our fleet includes excavators, wheel loaders, compactors, cranes, and a dedicated transportation division with dump trucks and flatbeds.
Every machine is GPS-tracked for efficient logistics and maintained by our on-site mobile workshops, ensuring maximum uptime and reliability across all project sites.
Complementing our earthmoving capabilities, we run a 35 m³/h along with two 60 m³/h batching plants, a fleet of 14 mixer trucks and 3 pumps, modern block factory and our own quarry and sand dredge.
Our Role in Sierra Leone
IECC plays a vital role in Sierra Leone's infrastructure development. We have contributed to major projects including port expansions, embassy construction, hotel redevelopments, and road works — helping to modernize the country's built environment and support economic growth.

Innovation & R&D
IECC maintains an in-house Research & Development unit dedicated to improving our products, processes, and equipment performance. Our R&D team works closely with our in-house laboratory to test materials, optimize concrete mix designs, and develop solutions tailored to Sierra Leone's unique construction challenges.
